Shipping Policy

  1. Can I order from Anywhere in India ?

    YES! We have nation wide delivery.

  2. How is the delivery done and are there any charges ?

    Delivery is done through Courier as door delivery. We offer free shipping for orders above Rs 500

  3. How long will it take for me to receive the package?

    Packages will be delivered in 3 to 7 working days, once the order is placed and confirmed.

Refund Policy

  1. If you receive defective or damaged items, you are eligible for a refund. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. We will require your order ID, images of the damaged product and the batch number. Any item that is returned and reaching us back, more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for Refund.
  3. Please ensure that the return items are in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
  4. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thenutmakers.com
  5. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
